This is our country’s heart and soul “Our Delhi

Short script
tired people travelling late night from hectic daily life
The roads which once saw the giggles and laughters of our lil toddlers and our tiny tim’s now awaits for the little love which it craves from its fellow citizens.
The city which is the most fast paced city has made our individual being lost in this daily tactic race to overcome others.
The city which once was most sought after city is loosing onto its charm. We have been clasped so strong in this race of competition that somewhere we have forgotten our righteous duties and our generous being. Each and every individual is trying to overpower, pull down or surpass his fellow mates. They have become so engrossed in this moving world that they have lost their serene and beautiful self. Everyone out there wants to get the cherry of the cake by letting go their reason to live and enjoy life.
The tired self just knows the daily fatal routine and is constantly plotting out ways to achieve what it wants, irrespective of what benefits, the mankind.
Everyone wants the best share of cake on their plate, ignoring others! The fast paced life has made the individuals dull and sulking.
Mark me wrong, if i am, but the city is loosing onto its charm, its serenity and its liveliness. The foul cry’s of the homeless are still being unheard, the slums and the poor fella’s are still hoping for a miracle to happen which could turn their grey days to little sunny one’s. Its going to be 5 years post the most heinous and the deadly “Nirbhaya incident”, but still nothing has upgraded. The women are still scared and think twice before stepping out their house all alone. Moreover the crime rates are getting an upward pull and maybe it’s the people, who, have made their way here, they don’t flinch no matter what is going around them. We have been retorted to the stone heart souls who will criticise each other but won’t take up any step to build up and contribute towards our city’s glory.
Lets wakeup and stand against the evils that are prevailing in our beautiful city before it gets too late for things to be undone to its best.
